My review is a bit colored perhaps by the fact that I read the bundle, and by the end of the third book had fallen a bit out of love with It Girl Lady Julia and the is-he-enigmatic-or-is-he-an-asshole Brisbane. This debut was fun to read though the mystery was a wee bit obvious, and the purported romance was completely imaginary. But, I really did enjoy it thoroughly, the writing is great, and it was a nice break from romancelandia.
